Take advantage of the best weather of the year so far by getting outside to explore the neighborhood. We would recommend first, picking up a bike to make your adventures more efficient. Also, if you haven't done so, please RSVP for next week's party at Bohemian Hall. Only the first 250 will get in.

Also, Tuesday will be the 7th annual Queens: A Taste of the World event at Citi Field. If you haven't already purchased your tickets, it's not too late. WLA Perks members get a big break with an exclusive 33% discount...which is the perfect transition for announcing that the latest shipment of Perks cards have arrived. Purchase yours online now and receive it in time for the weekend.

Happy Hour in Astoria
One of our favorite Friday traditions hasn't yet taken Astoria by storm. Get a leg up on the others by embracing this glorious hour with our friends at The Zone on Steinway. Local musician, Joshua Thomas, will be performing an acoustic set and the bar will be slinging 2-for-1 drinks at WLA Perkers.

Dine in the Middle (East) of Astoria
Once you've acheived your happy face, head over to Ali's Kabab Cafe for some good ol' fashion Egyptian soul food. Afterward, go around the corner to Rapture for our pick for Astoria's best cocktails. And of course, it's always happy hour at Rapture with Perks.

Astoria on Wheels
You'll find us exploring LIC on Saturday, considering the temperature is expected to break 70°F. Hop on your new bike and head over to Vesta for their signature hangover pizza, then down 30th Ave. to Socrates Sculpture Park. Wrap up at P.S.1 for a stimulating gallery conversation about the contemporary exhibited artist, Florian Slotawa.

Queens is Green Fashion Show
Continue your two wheeled adventure, by riding along the waterfront to ,Gantry Park, then to Green Space Studio for the Queens is Green Fashion Show--which will showcase our neighborhood's most talented designers using refashioned and sustainable materials.

AMandA in Wonderland
If you're nuts about the arts and live in Astoria, this event is for you. Boasting over 12 hours of performances, Astoria Music & Arts (AMandA) will be showcasing e-v-e-r-y-o-n-e at the much hyped Wonderland Collective.

Sunday Morning Bootcamp
Sunday morning, shake it off with a free workout at the only place cheaper than Planet Fitness. Join CrossFit: Queens for a bootcamp style workout before heading out for your trademark Sunday brunch. As an alternative, Yvonne "The Fitness Diva" will be offering a workout in the Park on Saturday.

Sunday Night Snack
Then Sunday evening, tie up your loose ends at Bistro Les Minot, the smartest new dining room in town. Show them your ___ and get a ___.
