Classic libations and modern Mexican-American fare come together at MexiQ Kitchen & Draught. From Monday, March 28th to Thursday, March 31st, New York’s Tuthilltown distillers will showcase their locally-crafted Hudson Whiskeys during exclusive pairing dinners at the Mexi-barbecue joint.
Executive Chef Jonathon VanSleet has carefully created a flavorful menu to enhance the smooth, old-school style spirits. The four-course dinner pairs dishes like Corn Taquitos, Slow Roasted Spring Pork Loin and Caramel Bread Pudding with a selection of smoky and sweet Hudson Whiskeys ($45 per person, 5pm-10pm).
