registration just opened and spots are going fast. This program is
meant for the person new to CrossFit and wants to get started. We take
a 360 degree approach to fitness. You will be introduced to
foundational movements, nutritional plans and recovery and mobility
techniques. During the month long course, we will establish a
foundation of strength and conditioning while focusing on mechanics of
our 9 core movements that are necessary for success with CrossFit.
You'll learn how to correctly squat, press, dead lift and how to swing
a kettle bell, do a burpee and what a wall ball is. We'll also cover
the importance of nutrition and how to implement plans such a The Zone
and The Paleo Diet to get you to your goals even faster. And last but
not least what to do at home when you're done hitting the iron with us
in the gym.
Enrollment is limited to 6 people per cycle to ensure a high level of
personal attention from our coaches. Spots are already filling up. 6
