Kitty looking for it's owner...

A member of the site found this adorable(?) kitty on 30th St. and 31st Ave. Anyone know who it belongs to? Despite the picture, the good samaritan emphasized that she's very friendly--suggesting it's likely someone's house cat. Contact Liz if you know where miss kitty belongs.
