Mobility Workshop, January 28th
On Thursday, January 28th we will be hosting a Mobility Workshop with Dr. Teddy from Millennium Physical Therapy and Sports Medicine. This workshop will focus on preparation and flexibility for the working athlete. If you're serious about your performance or just want to get the most out of your workouts, you won't want to miss this. Cost is $10 for members, $20 for non-members. New hours on the schedule
Starting immediately, we've introduced a FREE workout Sunday at 10am for anyone interested in trying CrossFit. No prior experience necessary to join, just send us an email to confirm your spot. We've also opened up an extra hour on Thursday nights at 8pm. Our February Foundations program will meet during this time.
January was our biggest Foundations group yet. Our January Foundations crew is doing fantastic and we're looking forward to the results of the course at the end of the month.
Registration is open and dates are up for February Foundations. We've changed the schedule, so please make note. Foundations will now meet on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 8pm. We are looking forward to another great group for February and can't wait to get started. Email us today to reserve your spot. They sell out fast. We just put an order in for new squat/press stands, more bumpers, jump ropes and foam rollers. Can't wait to get them in and start beating them up to make our members bigger, faster, stronger!
