Another Water Taxi Beach?

It's true. Apparently there's room enough for (at least) one more fake beach in NYC. This is good news for Astorians as it will likely eliminate some of the overcrowding we've been experiencing in the last couple of years. Hopefully this won't interfere with the annual Burger + Film Festival.
