This is a FREE Meetup and support group for those of us who need to loose more than a few extra pounds. This is an opportunity to get together twice a week to share diet tips and workouts.I am starting this group as I am overweight and want to loose it by the summer. I go to the gym but thought it would be fun to create a group of ladies who need to loose 20 pound plus so that we can do it together.See More
