Disturbing Parking Situation this Weekend

Hey all,

I wanted to let you know about something really unfortunate that I encountered this weekend that I'm hoping everyone will take a "not in our neighborhood" stand on, and let the police know if it happens to you. Saturday night, I headed back to Astoria after a fun night out with friends and we went to park my boyfriend's car in the municipal lot on 32nd and Broadway (entrance is just south of Mundo and you can exit on 31st St as well).
