It is ALMOST true that Astoria has it all. Why Leave Astoria, you ask? One of the few reasons is to get out there and hike! The Hudson Valley offers amazing opportunities to get some fresh air, a little workout, and a respite from urban life- much of it accessible via Metro North, or if we are lucky- carpooling.I will organize some hiking excursions, and I invite anyone who wants to organize a group event to do so as well.
