As an Astorian (yes I finally said it), it puts a smile on my face to see all of the new local/organic places popping up around town!!! A few years back I began my journey in yoga and decided to take an amazing 6 month program at Integrative Nutrition. The combination of both helped me to heal my body through awareness, yoga practice & by changing my diet to remove the pesticides and hormones from the foods I eat. I'm so excited to see more & more the growing awareness throughout the town & city the importance of eating Local & Organic foods. ♥ ♥ ♥
I'm certified in holistic health counseling, 200 hour vinyasa & hot vinyasa, Barkan method.
