Hey all.  I live in a 3 bedroom on steinway near 25th and we are looking for a subletter for march and april.  One of my house mates is gonna be away for march and the other for april so they are gonna take whatever room you dont want and each stay in that.  The smaller room is 500 and the larger is 600.  The larger has access to the terrace and back yard.  I would not call either room tiny.  We are three men in our mid/late 20's, not all that clean and really really laid back.  If anyone is at…See More
