http://snowdoniapub.com/brewbus/

Snowdonia's organized a bus trip to Captain Lawrence Brewery.  Their tap room has 12 beers, and there's a brewery tour and there's outdoor seating with cornhole & bocce.  Gonna be a hugely fun day!

Saturday, June 7th

$65 includes 10am brunch at Snowdonia, two beers of choice, and round-trip transportation on the bus.  We've got trivia lined up for the ride :)

Hey I'm new here and looking to meet up some fellow brew lovers and hit some spots in the neighborhood. So far I've been to Sweet Afton and the Queen's Kickshaw and both have a solid selection of beer. If you're interested in meeting sometime or got any suggestions let met know! Stay warm folks!

Hey Folks,

Sorry for the cross-post between this group and the homebrewers group, but we have just learned that 5 Napkin Burger (Astoria) has closed down.

As you may Know 5NB has been the home of Brewstoria (the only homebrewers club in Queens) for the last two years.  Our next meeting is slated to take place on January 8th, and we are searching for a new place to hold our meetings. If you know of any local place willing to host us, we have an average attendance of 20-25 people per meeting, please email me at info@brewstoria.com

FYI, Founders Brewing Night Weds at Mosaic. Doom, Old Curmudgeon, Breakfast Stout, Rubeaus and Double Trouble on tap. Should be awesome.

If you kids don’t mind an older long time Astorian tagging along I’m up for this :>)  Some of my regular stops are Sunswick 3535, Strand, MexiBBQ, Kickshaw, Sweet Afton & RavensHead but I also get growlers from SingleCut & Rockaway (LIC) .. most recent surprising discovery also in LIC is Alewife…  I’m a old Dead Head who in retirement has become a  devoted HOP Head….
