Hey, guys. I need to keep my skills sharp, and while teaching kickboxing in the park, I realized that I need some of those workouts for myself! ;)
I would like to find someone who has trained for some years (newbies won't do it for me), and who wants to get together for some kicking, punching and striking drills and workouts, and also a little light sparring (VERY light contact). Don't worry, we'll wear mouth guards during the sparring sessions "just in case". I'm not looking to go hard; just to work on my techniques and all around flow. Also to stretch these kicking legs and keep them flexible.
We can do this in Astoria Park, Hoyt playground (31st St) or up at that little square on Astoria Blvd and 37th St ( by the benches).
My schedule is crazy flexible.
Any takers? Just looking for some friendly, wear it out training, and some very friendly sparring. Gotta stay on those toes, ya know! ;)

F.Y.I. I'm a black belt in Tae Kwon Do ( a very rusty one...belt has been up on the shelf for 10+ years now), Golden Gloves boxer, and ex competitive kick boxer. Don't let that scare ya, though! ;)
