Room available ASAP!

We have a room available for sublet ASAP until may 1st. It is one large room in a 3 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment. One male roommate and one female roommate. We are both in our late 20s. Unfortunately no pets allowed. Apartment is spacious with large common area. We are located 5 blocks from the 30th ave n/q stop. $725 a month- and the room is furnished.
