Moving out, selling a portable AC unit.
it's big, check here to get an idea of how big and costly these things usually are : http://www.homedepot.com/Appliances-Heating-Cooling-Air-Quality-Air...|THD|GGL|D29|AirConditioners&skwcid=TC|14688|portable%20AC%20unit||S|e|10693567662
It's about a year old, I bought it for $400. I'm selling it only for $50. I'm moving and I don't need it, and it's actually stuck to temperature 68 degrees, it works, but you can't change the temperature. (maybe the remote just needs the batteries changed)
If you live on a commercial street, or you have windows that don't support regular AC units, then this is the type of thing you need to get to stay cool in the Summer.
You'll have to come pick it up too. I live in Astoria. Send me an email if interested.
