I have a great apartment in Astoria and will be looking for a roomie soon!  What is your timetable? 

Its $1000 and it is a HUGE, extremely quiet space.  approx 1100 sq feet on the 2nd floor of a private home. 
(my landlady lives downstairs but shes not there all the time. shes not a meddler)

TV room, seperate dining room, and a good sized bedroom with a closet.  there are also THREE other HUGE closets so storage space is not a problem. Rare for NYC. 

I have two sweet cats who are more like dogs (Fatty and Joe) and the apt is fully furnished with some great pieces of furniture. theres also a third small room that could easily be used as a home office (we could share it). 

The rent does not include utilities (usually $100-120 a month which would split), and cable/internet (about $120 a month as well) but heat and hot water are included. 

I  am employed in wine sales and work as an actor when jobs are available.  Im in my mid 30s, clean, courteous, and pretty much a homebody.  I love to cook and travel, and am easygoing and pretty laid back.

I'm definitely interested ... can you send me the details? room size (or what size furniture fits) ... utilities included or cost of ... cross streets ... and I have a cat, so that's ok?

Hey Joanna,

I may have a room for you starting March 2. Corner of 35th St and Broadway, BEST location. Room is great size with a huge closet -- can fit full-queen bed and dresser, shelves, etc. $850 plus utilities. Heat and hot water included. Wifi internet. Live-in super and incredible landlord.

I don't know if this is available for a sublet or for something more long term, but I should know within a couple of days. let me know if you are interested!
