IN NEED OF A ROOM TO RENT!!!!!

Hey fellow Astorians,
So im currently in the process of looking for a room to rent. I'd like to stay in Astoria, being that I work here. I'm a non-smoker, no pets with a stable job, kinda girl.
I'm looking for Feb. 1st if possible....(am I cutting it close??)

I prefer living/sharing with a female, but i'll consider a responsible, respectable Male.
I'm really down to earth and easy to get along with. Please, contact me if you have anything available..... or if you KNOW of anyone that might.
