Classes for small business?

My husband and I are considering opening a bakery/cafe in a few years. He has the culinary education, so the business side would fall on me. I'd like to think most of that is common sense, but that would be a naive assumption. Does anyone know of a school that offers classes about running a business? Preferably a program that doesn't require a full-time commitment or cost a fortune. Doesn't have to be in Queens. Thanks...
