Best Margarita in Town?

We haven't yet found a local margarita that knocks our socks off. Anyone have a favorite?

Shawn at (of all places) the Shillelagh makes a mean simple margarita from scratch. Probably my favorite locally, but if he's not working (and they don't have limes), then forget about it.
