The Room:
The room is roughly 8 X 10, beautiful hardwood floors with 2-closets.

The Apt:
The street is tree-lined street and full of brick 2 families. This home is on the 2nd floor of a 2-family home. Apt is fully furnished, bedroom is not.

Near Astoria Park/Pool/Beer Garden and several bars/coffee shops as well as all necessities like laundromats, delis and supermarkets.

The Roommate:
I leave between 8.30 - 9AM most mornings and I'm home between 8 -10PM. I'm a quiet 30-year old female professional with 10-6 job and moderately active social life: I go out sometimes, I stay in sometimes, a few times a year I have small dinner/brunch/movie watch parties.

You are:
Professional, reasonably clean. You don't smoke or drink in the house, and are a laid back living companion. Please don't bring the party home with you, but of course your significant others/friends are welcome. I'm L/G/B/T/Q friendly.
