$800 1 Bedroom Available Now

I have one room for rent in my apartment. I am mid 20's male. I am looking for a clean roommate, non smoker without pets. The bedroom has a queen size bed and the apartment is fully furnished. The rent is $800.00 plus security deposit of $800.00. The utilities are $100 for electric and $130 for cable that we will split. The apartment is locate on 30th avenue. Few blocks from the (R.M) at Broadway station. Everything is close by, laundry, supermarket, gym, restaurant. and bars. The apartment sounds great. Is it still available?

I work for an international development/human rights nonprofit in Manhattan.  For that job I'll be traveling about 25% of the year.

I am quiet but friendly, and am very easy to live with.  I like learning new languages, reading, and occasionally going out to see live music.
