La Res - BKLN

This new rock trio is shredding through the New York music scene with its unique sound ---one that is raw, driving, and unapologetic.  Think 70s hard rock with a pinch of Seattle grunge. A live show that evokes references to Led Zeppelin, Sonic Youth and early Radiohead.

The Botz - QNS

Bayard Russell currently performs with two humans and a robot in a group called THE BOTZ. Jason plays drums, Luca adds guitar, and VaL4 chimes in on harmonies. The result is a folksy sound supported heavily by technology.

Whiskey Bravo - BKLN

Whiskey Bravo is a hard rock band deeply influenced by modern life, and the drastic global climate. The heavy hitting riffs, and progressions, reminiscent of super bands like motor head, and deep purple, fuel the agitated, forewarning, lyrical content found in Dillon's work, coupled to a sincere heartfelt rage against the machine.

TJ Moss Band - QNS

TJ's music then gained national attention when Broadway dancer, Cody Green of Bravo's Step It Up and Dance (2008), choreographed his contest-winning performance to the song "It's Over". If Jason Mraz and Incubus had a musical baby and named Paul McCartney the godfather, you got yourself The TJ Moss Band.

Illimanjaro - QNS

Forming in the fall of 2004 and based in Astoria, Queens, Illimanjaro have built a reputation as a nasty, noisy, three-man onslaught—combining punchy riffs and distorted noise with hard-hitting rap/spoken word vocals.

Audio Fiction - BKLN

Audio Fiction's music "crosses between Garbage, No Doubt and The Pretenders." But the lead singer is a natural blonde, and their aesthetic shines more like the bastard step-child of Blondie, Garbage and Evanescence.
